Your first visit
You do not need an appointment for routine outpatient visits. Follow these simple steps when you arrive at your campus health centre.
Visit the health centre during opening hours. Tell reception you need care or you are a new patient.
New patients complete a short registration. Returning patients give your name or patient number for check-in.
A nurse records your vitals. You are then seen by a clinician based on your needs and the visit queue.
You may receive lab tests, medication from pharmacy, a referral, or advice to return for follow-up.
First time at MUBS Health Centre? Registration takes a few minutes at reception.
Already registered? Simply check in at reception with your patient number or full name.
